Bryan Lukens - C.E.O & President

Bryan Lukens - C.E.O & President

Bryan has 10 years or military experience  serving in the United States Marine Corps, earning the rank of Sergeant. After serving his country Bryan  pursued a career in law enforcement at  both the municipal and county levels. He has been employed with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office for over 7 years. Bryan loves participating in community activities such as, charity runs and other outdoor activities.

Tracy has been in the medical field for more than 9 years. She plays on a women's soccer league and loves to run 5K's with her family. She is a passionate mother that is looking to give back to the community that has helped her and her family in a time of need.

Phil Blocklinger - Chief Financial Officer

Phil has 19 years of experience in corporate Human Resources overseeing benefits, handling employee relations, and building company culture. This, coupled with a passion for making money work for good, have prepared him to be the C.F.O of The Lukens Foundation. Most importantly his love for his nephews and a desire to give back to a community that has supported his family is great motivator to help others.

Bee is a Physician's Assistant and a Professor at a local Community College.  Bee has been in the education field for 20 years guiding others to the start of their professional careers in the medical field

Ryan McNeill - Director of Community Relations

Ryan has worked in the HR/Benefit Administration space for 22 years in a Product Management role.  He also served as President of Central Perkiomen Youth Association, PA Cal Ripken District 7 President and is a member of the Central Perkiomen Rotary Club.  Ryan’s professional experience, community ties and personal connection to the Lukens family are tightly aligned with the Lukens Foundation’s purpose.

Katie has worked in law enforcement for the past 15 years and has prior experience in journalism. Her background, as well as her passion for the well-being of children in our 

community, fits with the goals of The Lukens Foundation

John Finneran - Board Member

With over a decade of experience in financial services, John has held key roles at leading firms like Capital Group, BlackRock, and Vanguard, specializing in ETF sales, client relationship management, and business development. John holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with majors in Management and Marketing and a minor in International Business from Villanova University, where he was also a member of the football team. His combination of business acumen and love for sports tightly align with the goals of The Lukens Foundation.
